This page will guide you through removing programs from Windows or Mac.
Find the program in the list of apps (you can search for it using the search box).
Uninstall
Windows 11: Click the menu icon (3 dots) next to the app and click "Uninstall".
Windows 10: Select the app and click "Uninstall".
Windows 8 and Windows 7
Click Start and type "Control Panel".
Change the "View" setting to "Category".
In the "Programs" category, click "Uninstall a program".
Select the program from the list of apps, and then click "Uninstall/Change".
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the uninstallation.
Mac or MacBook
From your Dock, open Finder.
Select "Applications" and find the program.
Click and hold the app and drag it to the Trash Can at the bottom of your screen.
Troubleshooting an uninstall issue on Windows
If you have trouble uninstalling, please try running the free Microsoft FixIt tool. This free tool provided by Microsoft fixes most issues that prevent software from uninstalling within Windows.
Troubleshooting an uninstall issue on Mac
When trying to uninstall a program on a Mac, you may get a message saying that "cfwrapperexe" exists or is running.
Restart your Mac and then try uninstalling the program again.
Alternatively, if you cannot restart your Mac, follow these steps...
Open the "Terminal" (you can find this app in your Applications/Utilities folder).
Type "killall -c cfwrapperexe" and then press enter/return.
